Amble through a tropical rainforest of tangled hop bines and unveil the most alluring of coastlines. Fierce, utopian and heavenly. Encounter refined malt, a splash of sugarcane juice and mouth-watering USA-grown Idaho gem hops. Go on, surrender yourself to this coastal castaway but beware, it’s too good to share.
We wanted to create a real “head turner” with our mates at Firestone Walker. We took our favourite elements from US West Coast and East Coast IPAs, to forge a New Coast IIPA. Discover a piney, resinous backbone - true to style of a West Coast IPA, and feel it collide with the juicy, nectar-like characters of an East Coast Hazy IPA.
This beer showcases the modern USA-grown hop, Idaho Gem. Indulge in flavours of mango nectar, papaya and wild berries, all layered across a warmth derived from a lashing of Queensland Sugar Cane Juice straight into the boil - which the London Ale yeast we used quite literally frothed on.
Punchy and bold - a beer to beware and too good to share. Unfiltered, unpasteurised and preservative free.
